Hello, friends, well-wishers, and other. Some of you know me from one of my music projects, be it the world-pummeling smart people rock band, The Dangerous Idiots, the balls-out, conceptual thinkpiece, Duckstronaut, or the power-pop wünderband, Techno Squid Eats Parliament. Perhaps you know me as a stand-up comedian, onaccounta I do that, too. Or, maybe you know me from Shoog Radio, the radio show that plays “The best in Arkansas music.” I don’t know how you know me. That’s why I had to type all that stuff.

In any case, I thought I’d take a little time to share a playlist of some of my favoritest songs ever. There are literally hundreds of songs that I let live in my heart parts, ventricles and what have you. This playlist contains the songs I go to on a regular basis, to help me remember the world is a good place full of wonderful things like puppies, ice cream, and Morgan Freeman. It is, you know… This world is good stuff, and this playlist proves it, twenty times over. I hope one, or more, of these songs goes to live in your heart. Just keep it away from your SA node — unless it’s Don Lennon’s “Turn the Living Room Into a Dance Floor,” at which point SA node be damned!
